Blessing @ 30

Blessing @ 30

The goal of this website is to serve as a digital invitation and information hub for Blessing’s 30th birthday gathering.

Overview

Imagine inviting your favourite people to your 30th with a single, beautiful page that tells them exactly what’s happening, where to be, how to get there, and what kind of energy to bring.

This birthday website creates a warm, personal home for Blessing’s 30th celebration—sharing the story of the evening, the schedule, the vibe, the location details, transport guidance, FAQs, and an RSVP form—all in one simple, elegant experience that feels like Blessing.

Role

This site acts as both invitation and guide. It introduces the celebration, sets expectations for the day, and gently walks guests from “I’ve been invited” to “I know what to wear, how to arrive, and when things are happening.” The RSVP form gives Blessing clarity on who’s coming, while the page itself gives guests confidence that all the key details are covered.

Challenge

Planning an intimate, in‑person birthday gathering means juggling many small but important details: timing, directions to the venue, access codes at the gate, what to wear, how long to stay, and whether gifts or plus‑ones are expected. Without a single clear source of truth, guests can easily get confused, keep asking the same questions, or miss out on parts of the experience.

Solution

The website brings everything together into a single, shareable link that answers those questions upfront. A clear schedule outlines each phase of the evening, detailed directions support both private and public transport, FAQs clarify dress code, gifts, and plus‑ones, and the RSVP section lets guests confirm attendance quickly. The result is a focused, thoughtfully designed space that reduces back‑and‑forth, sets the right mood, and helps everyone show up prepared to celebrate Blessing well.

Our Process

01
Research & Analysis

This includes conducting user interviews and surveys, as well as analyzing usage data or in-app analytics to identify patterns and bottlenecks. Competitor offerings and industry trends are also reviewed to reveal best practices, feature gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.

02
Information Architecture

Insights from research inform the structure of the experience. Core user journeys are mapped out, key tasks are prioritized, and content is organized into clear sections and flows. The goal is to reduce cognitive load, make navigation intuitive, and ensure that users can quickly find and complete their most important actions.

03
Wireframing & Prototyping

The information architecture then translates into low-fidelity wireframes that explore different layout and interaction options. These wireframes evolve into interactive prototypes that simulate real tasks and scenarios.

04
Usability Testing

Usability testing involves observing real users as they attempt to complete key tasks using the prototypes. Their behaviors, questions, and mistakes reveal friction points and areas of confusion. Feedback from these sessions leads to improvements and a more seamless and intuitive experience.

05
Visual Design & Style Guide

Typography, color, spacing, iconography, and components are defined in a style guide or design system. This ensures consistency across screens and makes it easier for teams to extend and maintain the experience over time.
