Global Shipments, Doorstep Delivery

Global Shipments, Doorstep Delivery

Overview

This project was a logistics landing and booking experience for a shipping brand offering global, nationwide, last‑mile delivery, and cargo services. The site positioned Treeoh Axiss as a trusted partner for individuals and vendors, combining international carrier partnerships with doorstep delivery, transparent pricing, and an easy way to start shipments online.

Role

My role was to define how the brand’s logistics offerings should be communicated on the web and to structure the flows for booking and pricing. I focused on clarifying the value proposition, highlighting service categories, and designing a straightforward path from learning about the service to calculating shipping fees and booking a shipment.

Challenge

The main challenge was to present multiple logistics services and partner carriers in a way that still felt simple and trustworthy for users who may not be familiar with shipping terminology. The experience had to balance marketing content, operational details, and lead capture without overwhelming visitors with complexity or form fatigue.

Solution

The solution was a focused marketing and booking page that leads with a clear promise of global shipments and doorstep delivery, followed by concise sections describing each service type and the reasons to choose Treeoh Axiss. Prominent calls to action for “Book Shipment” and “Calculate Shipping Fee,” plus an organized sender details form and visible contact information, created a seamless path from interest to action while reinforcing reliability and support.

Our Process

01
Research & Analysis

This includes conducting user interviews and surveys, as well as analyzing usage data or in-app analytics to identify patterns and bottlenecks. Competitor offerings and industry trends are also reviewed to reveal best practices, feature gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.

02
Information Architecture

Insights from research inform the structure of the experience. Core user journeys are mapped out, key tasks are prioritized, and content is organized into clear sections and flows. The goal is to reduce cognitive load, make navigation intuitive, and ensure that users can quickly find and complete their most important actions.

03
Wireframing & Prototyping

The information architecture then translates into low-fidelity wireframes that explore different layout and interaction options. These wireframes evolve into interactive prototypes that simulate real tasks and scenarios.

04
Usability Testing

Usability testing involves observing real users as they attempt to complete key tasks using the prototypes. Their behaviors, questions, and mistakes reveal friction points and areas of confusion. Feedback from these sessions leads to improvements and a more seamless and intuitive experience.

05
Visual Design & Style Guide

Typography, color, spacing, iconography, and components are defined in a style guide or design system. This ensures consistency across screens and makes it easier for teams to extend and maintain the experience over time.
